Before you submit

If you're an end customer of a Shopify merchant using DropifyXL, the fastest path is to contact the merchant directly — Shopify forwards verified customer-deletion requests to us automatically. Use this form if you can't reach the merchant or the request involves multiple stores.

What we'll do

Verify your identity (email-based).
If the request concerns a merchant store, route it to that merchant for verification.
Act on the request within 30 days, extendable by 60 days for complex cases (we'll tell you if that applies).
Confirm completion in writing.
